Answer
Arrangements are currently underway to train four members of staff to conduct off-road and on-road motorcycle tests. Subject to successful completion of training, it is anticipated that one of those staff will be placed in Ballymena Test Centre to be operational by week commencing 29 September. This will address the immediate issue of availability of motorcycle testing services in the area.
