To ask the Minister for Social Development how many employees of Neighbourhood Renewal funded projects in East Londonderry are currently on protective notice pending the outcome of the Neighbourhood Renewal 2015/16 Application Process.

The funded organisation is the employer and as such assumes all statutory employment responsibilities for its employees, including the decision to place staff on protective notice. I have been advised that thirty-three employees working in Neighbourhood Renewal funded projects in East Londonderry are currently on protective notice.
