An expert group to support officials to develop and deliver age discrimination legislation has not been established. We have, however, brought together a small number of key stakeholders with expertise in the area to provide officials with comments on the draft consultation document setting out our proposals for prohibiting unfair age discrimination by those providing goods, facilities and services.
