Answer
All ILF recipients in NI will receive a letter at the end of May 2015 from ILF UK explaining the change of administration from ILF UK to the Scottish Independent Living Fund. I anticipate that ILF recipients will enjoy a seamless transfer to the new system and the payment of their awards will continue to be made using the existing method of payment.
