Answer
Careers Education is part of the statutory Curriculum in Northern Ireland. It is included in the Employability element of the Learning for Life and Work area of learning. It is the responsibility of schools to provide all learners with high quality careers education and guidance to help inform their decisions and ensure that they are fully aware of their potential options and pathways into further education, higher education, training and employment. This guidance should, where appropriate, include the various university options available.
