Answer

My Department provides funding to develop, support and maintain a wide range of community owned and run facilities. The Department is not the owner of these facilities and does not seek to dictate or constrain their use. The premises listed in the question are in a variety of ownerships and their use will be determined by a number of factors, including management capacity, the charitable purposes of an organisation and an assessment of risk in line with any conditions of insurance or grant.
