Answer
My Department is leading the development of the Labour Market Partnership initiative through a collaborative Co-Design process with all 11 councils.
A Local Labour Market Partnership is being established in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough area led by the Council. The Partnership is currently developing its Action Plan for delivery in 2022-23, evidenced by statistical information and informed by local knowledge.
The overall aim for Local Labour Market Partnership action plans is to design, develop and implement a suite of bespoke, targeted and local projects focused around the themes of economic inactivity, long term unemployment, redundancies and skills deficits.
