Answer
(i)NI Water has advised that there are no water supply infrastructure restrictions affecting Limavady. There is adequate provision of water supply for any proposed developments that gain planning approval, to be connected to the water supply network. Furthermore, NI Water's 25-year Water Resource and Supply Resilience Plan, published in June 2020, identified no issues within the Limavady area that may affect future water supply connections; and
(ii)Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is the local planning authority for the Limavady area and is therefore best placed to provide information regarding planning approvals for residential development.
