AQW 837/22-27 Written question to the Minister for the Economy
To ask the Minister for the Economy, pursuant to AQW 29639/17-22, to detail (i) the implications of the current migrant labour laws on the success of the potential Attract In/Attract Back programme; and (ii) what conversations he has had with the UK Government in relation to any changes to these laws that may be necessary to launch this programme.

The Attract In/Attract back programme, currently under development by Invest NI, will take full account of the current immigration rules as set by the UK Government.
While my offcials and I continue to engage with the UK Government on the immigration system there are no specific changes that are required to lauch the Attract In/Attract Back programme.
