AQW 1724/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Finance
To ask the Minister of Finance to detail (i) the current regulations on properties, or parts of properties, being used for AirBnB lets; (ii) if landlords are changing from operating long-term lets to holiday lets; and (iii) any plans he has to improve or initiate regulation relating to this.

The Department of Finance does not have responsibility for regulating AirBnB lets.
My department does not hold this information.
