To ask the Minister for Communities (i) to detail the process for anyone wishing to purchase their Housing Association property before the House Sales Scheme for Tenants of Registered Housing Associations ends in August 2022; (ii) how the valuation of the property is determined; (iii) who conducts the valuation; and (iv) whether an independent valuation obtained by the buyer will be taken into consideration when determining a property’s value.
