AQW 5222/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure (i) what consideration he has given to bringing forward legislation, similar to what exists in Scotland and Wales, that would require planning permission to be obtained when a property changes from a permanently occupied to a periodically occupied home; and (ii) for his assessment of how this would help local government regulate the numbers of second homes and dwelling houses in its jurisdiction.
