Answer
We are working at pace to develop a Programme for Government which meets the needs of everyone in our society, whatever their age.
We know that the proportion of our population over the age of 65 is increasing rapidly, and this will change how we deliver public services that support older people.
Any commitments made within a Programme for Government must be agreed by all members of the Executive. We are together working to develop a Programme and hope to make it available to the Assembly for scrutiny soon.
