AQW 14352/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Communities
To ask the Minister for Communities, further to his Department's decision to no longer fund housing adaptations for disabled tenants, (i) whether Housing Associations were informed of this change of policy; (ii) when this decision was taken; (iii) whether this decision was subject to an equality impact assessment; (iv) when this decision was subsequently reversed; and (v) the rationale for the reversal of this decision.

The Disabled Facilities Grant has been prescribed as a mandatory grant in legislation since 2003 and at no stage has funding for this grant been removed.
