Answer
Individual Business Improvement District Management Boards have their own avenues for complaints and feedback and Levy payers have opportunities to scrutinise the performance of the Board. Council officials can also be asked to mediate for more serious complaints. A business owner can also vote for the renewal of a Business Improvement District’s term of office.
