Answer
Data on waiting times for gynaecological cancer referrals and diagnostics for each Trust is available on the My Waiting Times NI website. https://online.hscni.net/my-waiting-times-ni/
My Waiting Times NI website provides the average outpatient waiting time information for outpatient referrals, by Trust and by speciality across Northern Ireland. Under the speciality of ‘gynaecology’ patients can find the average outpatient wait time by referral priority. Red flag priority show appointments allocated to patients with suspected cancer diagnosis and are the highest priority.
This section will also show the average await in weeks for gynaecology colposcopy in each Trust.
The data presented in the website reflects the average waiting time for those patients who are actively waiting for their appointment or procedure. Some patients will wait less time than the average and some patients will wait longer than the average waiting time indicated.
