Answer
My Department works in partnership with Ulster University to deliver investment across all of its campuses, including Coleraine, ensuring the appropriate skills needs for the region continue to be met. A procurement exercise is currently underway to appoint external consultants to carry out an independent assessment of the costs associated with the university’s multi-campus model. My Department is also working with Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council and Ulster University to develop proposals for a Centre for Food and Drug Discovery at Coleraine, as part of the Causeway Coast and Glens Growth Deal.
