AQW 49002/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Health

To ask the Minister of Health (i) whether, in considering calls for a statutory public inquiry into cervical screening failures in Northern Ireland, he received and considered information relating to cases arising in all Health and Social Care Trusts; and (ii) to detail the number of women whose cases were considered, including those involving (a) incorrect cervical cytology results; (b) Serious Adverse Incident investigations; and (c) full disclosure meetings, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust.
