Answer
As advised in AQW 49249/22-27 my Department is aware of 8 properties affected by Defective Block.
The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government are responsible for construction products and their legislation, as a reserved matter. They have advised that they have not undertaken any assessment in relation to Defective Block in Northern Ireland.
