To ask the Minister of Health, in relation to people diagnosed with dementia, to detail (i) any domiciliary care and community-based support available to enable people to remain independently in their own homes; (ii) the number of people currently receiving this support; and (iii) the number currently waiting for access to this support, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust.
