To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) the number of inspections that were undertaken of funeral homes and mortuary facilities, by bodies for which his Department is responsible; (ii) any statutory powers under which these inspections were undertaken; and (iii) the number that resulted in enforcement action, for each of the last five years.
