To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail (i) how the A2 Ballykelly Bypass is being considered within her Department's emerging transport plans, including (ii) any criteria for prioritising the scheme; and (ii) the anticipated timetable for determining its inclusion in future investment programmes.
