Answer

The Rural Development Programme submitted to the European Commission has detailed that up to 22% (up to a maximum of £12.4m) of project spend will be available for administration. Any administration funds not drawn down can be used to fund projects.

Administration funds will be paid to Council Administration units retrospectively following the submission of a validated claim for expended funds to my Department through the Local Action Group.
