Answer
The number of domestic and commercial customers that have signed up for Fibrus internet contracts is regarded as commercially sensitive and, under the terms of the State aid compliant contract, the Department is not in a position to disclose this. The release of such information could be detrimental to the company's business interests by giving commercial advantage to competitors and creating unintended expectations. I can, however, confirm that Fibrus Networks report that the number of premises passed, up to September 2021, by constituency, is set out in the table below. This means that citizens in these premises are in a position to order a service, should they wish to do so.
| Constituency | Premises Passed |
| FERMANAGH AND SOUTH TYRONE | 623 |
| MID ULSTER | 1353 |
| NEWRY AND ARMAGH | 4 |
| NORTH ANTRIM | 1234 |
| SOUTH DOWN | 2330 |
| STRANGFORD | 400 |
| Total | 5944 |
