To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in relation to the upcoming Programme for Government, whether they will include a Housing Executive retro-fitting programme which, similarly to their pilot programme, would see existing properties fitted with energy-saving upgrades.

The Programme for Government is currently under development.
We have previously spoken about a number of priorities including Childcare, Reducing Hospital Waiting Lists, Tackling Violence against Women and Girls, Special Educational Needs, Lough Neagh, Housing, and Developing a globally competitive economy.
