Answer

The Expert Advisory Group, when established, will be assigned to conduct a comprehensive review of current dog breeding regulations and their implementation in Northern Ireland. As part of this, the Group will be engaging with key stakeholders, including local councils through their statutory enforcement role, to collect pertinent evidence to inform its report and recommendations.
