Answer

As part of the Warm Healthy Homes Strategy consultation, views were sought on the policy for the Warm Healthy Homes Fund. There was widespread agreement that the fund prioritises low-income and vulnerable households living in the poorest-performing properties and that a whole house approach should be taken. The Warm Healthy Homes Fund will offer a package of measures such as insulation, draught proofing and ventilation, alongside heating systems incorporating low-carbon heat solutions and renewable technologies. The final scheme design will be shaped by further public consultation which will be published shortly.
