AQW 48998/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Health
To ask the Minister of Health whether any women who were identified as having received an incorrect cervical screening result (i) became the subject of a Serious Adverse Incident investigation; or (ii) received a full disclosure meeting after the completion of the Department’s review process, were excluded from consideration when determining whether to establish a statutory public inquiry.
