AQW 48999/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Health
To ask the Minister of Health to detail any additional concerns in relation to cervical screening services that have been identified since publication of the Independent Expert Review and the six reports commissioned by his Department, including the number of (i) Serious Adverse Incidents; (ii) patient safety investigations; (iii) complaints; (iv) disclosures; and (v) whistleblower allegations received or initiated during that period.
