AQW 49000/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Health

To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of women who (i) received an incorrect cervical cytology result; (ii) have been the subject of a Serious Adverse Incident investigation in relation to cervical screening; (iii) received a full disclosure meeting in relation to cervical screening failures; and (iv) subsequently received a diagnosis of cervical cancer, since 2008, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust.
