To ask the Minister of Health whether any assessment has been made of the implications of Supreme Court judgment [2026] UKSC 16 for the operation of the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016, including whether any consideration will be given to any legislative changes necessary to protect people subject to restrictive care arrangements following the judgment.
