AQW 53865/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Health
To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) any instructions or interim guidance issued to Health and Social Care Trusts (HSCT) following Supreme Court judgment [2026] UKSC 16; (ii) any changes that have been made to deprivation of liberty assessments, authorisations and reviews; and (iii) how consistent application across all HSCTs is being ensured.
