Answer
Castlerock Train Station is a historic facility, constructed in the mid1800s, and is located within the centre of the village. Given its setting, there is no current opportunity to provide dedicated onsite parking for commuters without the loss of important public amenity space, which is already in limited supply in Castlerock.
I would continue to encourage all public transport users to consider using multimodal travel, including the use of bus, rail, and active travel options, to help reduce congestion and support sustainable transport objectives.
