This issue is an operational matter for Translink. I have sought the requested information and have been advised as follows:

Coleraine Integrated Bus and Rail Station operate an hourly rail service with trains timed to connect with bus services to Portrush and the very popular tourist locations situated within the Causeway Coast and Glens Council area, functioning as a key transport hub for the northwest and providing substantial onward connections across the wider North West region. The 402 Causeway Rambler bus service operates on a year round basis providing transport connectivity to key tourism attractions between Coleraine and Ballycastle and coupled with this the 140 bus service provides connectivity between the towns of Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart.

The North West Transport Hub facilitates integrated bus and rail services. All trains are met by a connecting dedicated bus link to Foyle Street bus centre thereby providing opportunities for interchange to the bus network and a range of journey options, including the 212 Goldline service between Derry and Belfast serving intermediate towns along that route, the X3/X4 service between Derry and Dublin, Foyle Metro services to the University of Ulster campus at Magee, and rural bus services operating between Derry and Limavady and connecting the communities along that route.

Translink continuously review all bus and rail services to ensure they remain safe, sustainable, reliable and meet its customers' needs.
