To ask the Minister of Health whether there are any plans to revise the deprivation of liberty code of practice, operational guidance and associated training following Supreme Court judgment [2026] UKSC 16, including (i) any timetable for these revisions; and (ii) how disabled people, families, carers and representative organisations will be involved in their development.
